1. We are closed on Every Wednesday.
2. Our operation hours is from 12:00pm to 8:00pm daily Except Wednesday.

4. We accept Cash Term only in our store. However, ATMs are available for your withdrawal needs at 3rd floor (CIMB/PBB), 5th Floor (RHB / Hong Leong) and LG floor (Maybank).
5. As our prices are based on Quantity Discount we do not offer a flat wholesale price. The lowest price is available when ordering the largest quantity of a product.
6. Beading.com.my is Swarovski Official Create-Your-Style partner in Malaysia.
7. We do have a blog called Beads Talk. Any update will be published in our blog. If you have plenty of time, I strongly advise you to read every single post in our blog.
8. Our Top Priority daily task is to ship out your order ASAP. However, there is no shipment on Wednesday and Weekend.
9. Once you have made payment, you MUST inform us via email (prefered) or sms (012-2256220) so that we could process your order ASAP.
10. If you are using Interbank transfer (GIRO), please send us proof of delivery so that we could process your order ASAP. No proof of payment required for Maybank2u transfer but you must inform us as well.
